When I found out that Michael Jackson was dead, I was surprised and I would have sworn it was all a dream. I kept on expecting someone to come on the t.v. and tell me it was all just a joke or a mistake or Michael had woke up from his coma. Every time I think of it now, I feel a sharp pain before going completely numb. My brother used to scare me with his videos all the time but that was the only time me and him got to spend any time together. Almost everything with Michael was a good thing for me. On the day he was proven not guilty, I got a wonderful babysitting job. I loved the man without having ever met him and I weep now because I know that death was the only way he would ever get the slightest bit of peace and quiet. The man had no childhood, was abused, and got ridiculed just for buying a childhood like any normal person would want to do. They took advantage of his want to help the children who were, and are, dying every single day in other countries and even in this one. He was a wonderful man, and I will never forget the day I watched that video on Youtube of 'You Are Not Alone.' A crazed teenager ran up on stage, and instead of pushing her away or calling for security like any other celebrity would, he danced with her. He made her feel like a princess. He had some problems but I don't know anyone who doesn't. God Bless You, Michael Jackson. You will live on in our hearts for ever as well as your music. There will never be another like you. And as you say my favorite song of your's..."I can hear your prayers, your burdens I will bear" I will see you in my dreams, keep you in my spirit, and talk to you every chance I get.
