I have been given orders by both Professor Hojo and the SOLDIER Director on a reconnaissance mission to seek out an individual with unique gifts.
To my understanding, this person is a Vampire... or rather... a human born vampire. According to Hojo, he was created by Zuez, one of the 10 legendary Vampires that rampaged Gaia for centuries until the Shinra Electric Power Company took them out in less than 10 years. Those events occurred just around my birth.

I have orders to locate and engage the target in a light battle and see what he knows. It is to my knowledge that he is the last vampire offspring from Zuez, which is why Hojo is interested in him. Apparently, Hojo is interested in his abilities and wishes to experiment on him to see if things are similar to another experiment he did.

As part of the mission, I am to weaken the target and use a special materia on him, which is supposed to augment his powers, if any. After which I am to report back to Hojo for info on the next step of the mission.
