Do u ever have one of those days where u just constanly put urself down with every little thing u do or every little thing u think about like a bad memory or an embarissing event well thats how i feel today depressed and i can't stop putting myself down or thinking about all the negative things about myself but hey it's not like i can do anything about it right i am who i am and i think what i think
