Parkour. The ability to see and manipulate objects to get from point A to point B using only the human body. The ability requires rough training of both the mind and body. As you train the body the mind trains, it sees the world differently, the world opens to you and allows you to believe you are free of the chains that bind you to Humanity. You believe yourself to be one with your Ancestors.
