Wow...it's been...over a year since I've used this thing. Thank goodness.
Oh well. I just want to post something I wrote last night. I like the first part, but the last three to four lines need work. I feel like I have two ending punches, and don't know which to keep. Especially since neither is the last sentence. Well...sort of. ANYWAYS. Typing now.

It hurts. It's like a tiny snick across the underside of your arm. Unexpected, sharp pain that brings the teeth to your lip before you realize you intended to bite. Scathing remarks from the people you trust, a dozen small scratches from words sprung from lips needing to escape overworded hearts. The way their eyes cut down your face as they glide from the room. Always the betrayer, even when you've done nothing wrong; done nothing but been yourself.
I almost didn't mind tonight. I almost didn't mind they accused me of thinking things fear told them I'd think. But he said those things he didn't think. His words cut cross as his unlettered heart fluttered through. His voice meaning love and sounding hate made my eyes drip.
The pain of implication festers as my skin itches, renewed.
Their thoughts are weak. I forgive them their logic. They meant no harm but it wasn't charm I sought. I seek to find hearts lettering words onto paper from full hearts.
But first, I must call and unburden an overlettered heart.

so yeeeah. that was all angsty and melodramatic, and then when I talked to him, I still flipped out. But it helped me realize what used to keep me sane.

I passed Japanese, got my bandage changed on both feet, and the escape from family torture has been planned. not that that matters, because only a few people will read this in time to know what i'm talking about, and that's only if they've been in the loop! 3nodding
