"Demons run when a good man goes to war"
Character Name: Koraj Asiro, "Cyclops Knight"
Race: Human.
Age: 37
Appearance: Black hair that's begun to gray covers the knights face, with a maroon eye patch and similar colored armor. Koraj's remaining eye is a hazy green in color, and he sports a short beard. There used to be a symbol on his chestplate, but it's been blackened out to almost unnoticable.
Bio: Koraj's early life was a bore, being the son of farmers. Wanting to use muscle for something more beneficial than producing weak foods, he signed up into the military dreaming of gold and glory. As he learned though... that is nothing to look forward to in the armed forces. Conflict after conflict may have hardened him, reforged and refined him, but he was poor.
When he lost his eye during the defense of a port, he was removed due to his "weakness" and left with nothing, being used as an excuse for why the battle was lost. Wandering around half blind, he came upon a coven of worshippers to a god he hadn't heard of before, a warrior named Tumas. Everyone in the place was a soldier, unknown or famous mattered not. Some were crippled with injuries that they claimed replaced by the god, others were perfectly fine. Something about the place attracted Koraj, who aligned himself with the knights.
Eventually, the Temujin rose to a high enough count of people to start their own brand of "justice", generally going after anything magic or "cowardly" in their leaders eyes. Here, while there wasn't much reward given to him, Koraj at least felt useful, even with his missing eye. However, during a raid on a mage's sanctum he felt a compulsion to protect it instead of destroy it, branding him a heretic and again removed from a set organization.
Deciding that he was better off not in a specified group, the knight has travelled around as a sellsword, wielding his axe and charging as if he had nothing to lose.
Whether he does or not is up to him.
