Time to lay down the lines on these reality shows. They are one of the things that are the downfall of mankind. These things are very repetitive, watching a show about other peoples lives, watching some stupid reality game show where they watch other people compete for money with these ridiculous challenges. I'll begin from the very top of my hit list, MTV.

Now what is MTV nowadays? I think back then in the 80's it was known as musical television. Widely known for playing a lot of music videos, beavis and butthead, headbangers ball, Jackass, Celebrity Deathmatch..... Nowadays its stuff like Paris Hilton's BFF, or The Real World, and all that other crap. There's barely any music playing on it anymore and if it did, it would be terrible stuff. I must say MTV has gone down the toilet, VH1 is slowly following....

Why watch a show about other peoples lives when you have your own life to live? Why must celebrities have their own shows for something so stupid as finding a new best friend or potential lover? Why did the egg come before the chicken, or the chicken before the egg? Jackass and Beavis 'n Butthead were pretty repetitive and still are even today, but this..... this takes the gold medal. Why go so far as having a show, showing everyone who's watching, find someone they like, winning money after doing some half-assed challenge. Why watch a bunch of celebrities act like celebrities on tv? These things will never be known that's for sure.

But I do know that this is highly illogical and in my opinion is one of the causes of the decay of intelligence. Here is my list:

Illogical:
Why watch someone else(s) life
Why watch people do challenges for money
Reality Shows altogether, they seem they were thought up of at the last second

Logical:
You got your own life, live it, not live others
If you want to win money so bad, why not try gambling. You'll never know what will happen
Watch something better, like your dramas, at least they were thought up for a good while. Watch something like Heroes or Eureka, maybe even Sons of Anarchy or Leverage (New season starts wednesday)
