Shadow22cat's Crazy Happenings
Daily
Hi! Well, I think I'm going to try and post what I've done everyday. Might be boring, but it still sounds interesting. I learn and do so many things in a day, it would be fun to see, maybe. ^_^ I read up to chapter 74 in Naruto. It's interesting because I think it might be a little different than the anime was. I love the chuunin exams, and it's fun to read about that part of the story. It's also interesting to read some of the notes the author added. He said he can't draw women very well, but I personally think he did well. He's also into gaming. He begged his father to give him an NES when he was in elementary school and he wouldn't give it to him. So, he and his twin brother asked all of their friends at school and somehow one of them didn't want their's anymore. After a while of playing, his father got into it too. Now, they're both gamers, kind of funny. razz

I read some of Death Note too. I didn't quite like the anime. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea and it was an awesome story! It just got a little too intense, although I watched the whole thing. I think Light (or Raito) explained how he hides the Death Note much more in detail in the manga. Kind of interesting too.

I also played a bit of my clarinet. I starting to get the feeling I used to get when I played all the time. Especially, when I don't make mistakes. It feels great! Kind of soothing I guess. I ended with Someone To Watch Over Me, I love to play that! I get really into it for some reason. ^_^"

I typed some Japanese also. I'm typing out my flashcards' vocabulary. (Flashcards that I made by hand- took a while.) Eventually I hope to make some grammatically correct sentence examples for each one. I just finished typing all my words that start with k. You might think that's far, but it's only the second row out of 11. wink I got the list of vocab from an online school that helps people study what might be on the JLPT. It's kind of my framework. I'll probably expand to more vocab once I get these down, and I can use them in sentences.

I watched more of World Destruction. It's an interesting anime about a world where human and 'beast men' live together. Although, the 'beast men' have enslaved humans. This was originally a Sega game. I think it would be interesting to play. There's a woman who is bent on destroying this world, who bumps into a human chef and a what they call a 'chibi' (little) bear beast man. They end up forming what everyone else is calling the World Destruction Committee. (They didn't come up with it themselves.) The chef and the bear would like world peace, so it makes for interesting situations. There's a committee who's after them called the World Salvation Committee. Their actually quite a funny team of a beast man and an other kin. (Other kins are like dragons and such.) Very well thought out and complicated story and world. I also watched more Gintama. I've watched up to episode 143 so far. It's an awesome series! The type that will make you laugh hysterically and then the next have you balling your eyes out. Awesome action, comedy, story, and more! These last couple of episodes are about this city underground where the women are basically imprisoned and forced to be prostitutes. The heroes are in the process of saving them, but it's very complicated. I liked the episode a while back about a dying dog and his dying owner and how both of them wanted to out live each other. It was very touching, and reminded me of when my dog died.

I played more of my Sega. This time trying to get further on Ecco. G-d I can't get through that stupid Machine level. I never could before. I'm trying to use some cheats I found, which did help, but I'm still stuck. I'm so frustrated! >.<

I looked through some of my stuff in the garage. I made piles for the textbooks I want to get rid of and some of the ones I want to keep just for the hell of it. They're still very interesting to me. I also found some things I thought I had lost. Things like a Hagaddah book, my Passover plates, Hanukkah decorations, a tiny travel menorah that only takes birthday candles, Passover 'matzah ball' stress balls, even cassette tapes on songs on how to do your own Passover seder etc. Fun stuff! biggrin

For breakfast I had Honey Nut Cheerios with milk, and a glass of green tea. Very normal for me. -_- For lunch I had an orange chicken chow mein that was instant. I love those! I hate the little veggie packets, so I always throw those out. The noodles and sauce are sooo good though! For dinner my dad made whole sardines in a pine nut, celery, based type sauce. It was from our Meditteranian cookbook. He also made some couscous and lightly steamed broccoli. The fish tasted fine, except every bite I took I ended up with a mouth full of bones. I normally am ok with just swallowing them (especially sardine bones, because they are small, usually), this time they were extremely long. So, I ended up eating half of it and eating the other things. Oh well.

The weather was cooler than they were predicting. It said it would be about 75, it was more like 65 for a high. (Most of the was even cooler though.) I was so cold I had to wear a sweater and slippers. I just would like it to at least be the 70s already, I'm getting tired of this!

Hope this was interesting to people. It's kind of cool to look back on what I did in the day too. Oh, and Tasha's been all weird today. Wanting me to pet her all the time, and eat with her, and even more curious than usual. Maybe she's lonely, I don't know.
