As the church filled up with people, his ex-girlfriend came in, her eyes locked on her former beloved's casket, she walked up to his open casket, she looked at him, then looked up to his mom standing at the head of the casket and askes if she can hold her ex-boyfriend's hand; his mother nodded slowly. The girl looked down at him and then reached into her pocket and pulled out a purple velvet box and opened it; inside were two wedding rings. She pulled out the guys ring and slid it on her ex-boyfriend's finger, then took the girl ring and slid it onto her finger. She then bent over and kissed his lips and whispered.
"I'm sorry. We will be together soon, I promise, I love you, I am yours, I know we didn't actually get married, but we wanted to at one point, so now I am married to you with these rings."
She stood back up and sat in the front row, the girl just kept her head down looking at the floor trying to hide away from everything. After the funeral service was over, they picked up his casket and were getting ready to carry it to the hearse,
"STOP!"
They stopped, everyone looked at her as she got up and ran over to the casket, she opened the lid. Throat closed, eyes swelling, tears streaming down her face, she begged,
"Please, let me just give him one more kiss before he has to be taken away from me forever!"
She opened the casket lid then leaned back over him and cried, tears running down her face onto him.
"I'm sorry baby, I wrecked your life and mine... like I said, we will be together soon." She reached into her pocket and whispered: "In just a minute."
She pulled a small knife from her pocket, and before anyone noticed what she was doing, she stabbed herself in the heart multiple times. Blood was pouring everywhere, and before anyone could fanthum what had happened, she was almost dead.
Someone called 911 and told them what just happened, but she was dead before the person even got off the phone.
There she was, leaning over her ex-boyfriend, husband, knife at her feet, her hand was in his, (it almost looked like he was holding it) and her lips were pressed up against his (looked like they were giving each other one final kiss)
The next day, the newspaper read: "Young girl takes her life at her boyfriend's funeral."
It was decided that her and her boyfriend (husband) would be buried at the same time in the same place, they were both buried in the same plot together.
Two people, both commit suicide for one mistake, lives ruined by each of the two families because of one mistake that was made, two young people leave this world forever because of their love for one another.
The girl broke up with the guy becuase she was scared to be in so much love,she was scared to be hurt and didn't know what to do, the guy killed himself because he couldn't live without her loving him. Then at the funeral, the girl realized her mistake, and couldn't live without him, so she killed herself too.
