...its one i already had... but this time, its on my PC!

the elder scrolls 3: morrowind, game of the year edition...

first one i got was the platinum edition, just the normal game in a black case on the xbox... enjoyed it alot in the past, then i got a used copy of the GotY edition for xbox, which added content from the expansions, tribunal and bloodmoon...

i loved the game, but i hated that i could never do anything special on it, or fix any problems, since it was limited on the xbox... stare

so now, finally able to play the PC version on my not-the-greatest-but-still-gaming-quality PC... i can play around all i want... and i even got a big mod added to it... whee

that mod is tamriel rebuilt, it adds the entire mainland of morrowind piece by piece, so far the only maps they have released are maps 1 and 2, its going to be a total of 6 maps, the game world is already doubled in size, and the mainland isnt even halfway complete yet!

the second map isnt filled with quests yet, because they wanted the users to get used to the landscape and everything first before throwing too much at them... but they'll likely add them before long...

im hoping map 3 will be released this year, i cant wait to visit the huge city of almalexia... in the tribunal expansion, you can visit mournhold, but thats apparently only a small part of the city, its like a large district with its own districts...

in tamriel rebuilt's city of almalexia, they'll have a "dummy" mournhold built in the center, and after ya finish the tribunal main quest, you can use the gates to travel between the outside of the fake mournhold in almalexia and the inside of the real one...

its the only way they could've done it without messing the official content up in anyway for other mods that might involve it, but it sounds like a pretty damn good idea to me... 3nodding

anyway, guess i went on about this long enough, isnt like anyone reads my journal, or atleast pays any attention to it...
