Who knew, electric wires, and a keyboard could do so much.
I can't say anything has ever meant more to me, I cant say I'm not in love, as much as I hate to admit that. But, the computer screen will show, my cheeks are shining by the light of his pictures, my eyes are pouring by the sound of songs he likes, I'm gasping for air cause you can never get enough when you don't even want to breathe anymore. When it hurts to breathe knowing everything you'd ever wish for is so out of reach, and the pain grows day by day, the tears have been building up, and you can't help but break down at the sight of his eyes, and the sound of his voice is playing over and over again like a scratched record, in your head, forever on repeat.
When you feel you'd rather forget everything, because you know having him not there, is killing you slowly. As do the reminders of him, I can't forget. Your eyelashes stick together from the wetness of your tears, and you can see them at the edge of your vision as you blink up and the screen before you. The screen that brought you together, The screen that scorches your heart, till' is burnt black and lifeless, and you're dead, as you always hoped you would be.
I could lay here, with my blurred vision, staring up at the screen, trying to express my depression, trying to express my loss, in it's entirety; but words could not describe how much I miss him.
I'd pause, to shove my face in my blanket, the white one; with bloody stains from all the self inflicted wounds I carved into my skin for him. Curling up in the corner of my room by the window, with my heavily over sized tee-shirt off of one shoulder, as we used to joke about, and my white knee high socks pushed down to my ankles. Under the moonlight, and by the chilling air of the night I will weep. There is where I cry, there is where I can't stop crying, and there is where I'll die.
So I say Goodnight, To The Love of my Life...
