my status said i put my friend (ex friend) through plate glass and i almost bled out... if you really want to know ill tell you....

ok here goes.. my friend izzy was the nice friend of my group of friends. weve known each other since pre-k and have always been like brother and sister. and the boy i put through plate glass, ron, was a friend of mine since 7th grade. we hung out a lot but he had a problem... he was a really bad womanizer. he likes to use women... so recently about a month ago he asked my nice friend izzy out. i was hesitant to start with knowing e might have bad intentions... and recently she called me crying saying that the night she gave him her virginity he went and had sex with another girl... i lost it and found him first before the rest of my friends. problem is he knew i was coming and had a knife on him..
as i approached him he slices a major vein in my arm and i started to bleed heavily, but i got the knife from him and choke slammed him through plate glass... the cop saw this all happen and placed charges on ron.. i was admitted into the hospital earlier and treated for my wound. im fine now but i still have to go to court and testify... the worst part is izzy also said it wasnt fully consentual when she gave him herself.
did i make the right choice this time?... i almost died
