Okay, so I actaully managed to stick to my new sleep rhythm, yay.
I really helped to put my light remote next to my cell, which is my alarm, and just switch on the light when it's time to get up, since I'm wide awake then it's too bright then to get back to sleep again.
Also, this technique about falling asleep is awesome. It helps tremendously. It's about feeling the "flow" inside your body. The flow of Qi, actually, but you should just focus on how your nerves flow through your body. And then it gets all warm and fuzzy. It's an awesome feeling.
...BUT I'M STILL TIRED AS ******** DUH.
