we are the stars,
so far away but we continue to shine from city to city,
we only come out to play once the sun goes away,
having fun no matter how many miles are between us,
we are the true stars,

forever we stay bright,
forever we stay alive,
may forever we stay friends,
cause forever we stay stars,

the one light in the sky who needs no saving,
stronger then most but has a heart of gold,
loves the things that most would turn a blind eye to,
gullible and dorky at times,
with eyes that could kill,
being alone never dims this star,
for this is the one and only true star shine,

the one light in the sky who cares for all,
strong at heart but is nicer then most,
loves the things people say aren't real,
silly and naive at times,
with a smile that warms any heart,
being alone could never dim this star,
for this is the one and only true star dust,

we are stars,
we are friends but yet close like family,
different in many ways and the same in others,
