I thought the boy/girl from animal crossing could work in the game as a fighter so I mapped out their attacks and everything. The character would really just be the boy, but changing your character's costume would turn you into the girl.

Grab: Fishing rod, would work like Link's hookshot or Samus' laser grapple thing.
B attack: Slingshot, chargeable.
Up+B: Balloon, would work like Snake's up+B
Down+B: Dig a hole, plant a pitfall seed. Obviously any character that stepped on the spot where the hole was dug would get stuck in the ground for a few seconds.
Left/Right+B: Bug net, when it hits you scoop up the enemy and throw them.
A: Shovel combo, simply enough you beat the enemy up with your shovel.
Left/Right+A: Axe swing, chargeable.
Down+A: Swing axe at the enemy's legs.
Up+A: Axe uppercut.
Final Smash Idea 1: Your player begins digging rapidly and unearths the skeleton of a T-Rex which proceeds to rampage around the battlefield
Final Smash Idea 2: Your character throws the line of their fishing rod off screen and yanks a whale onto the stage which sends anyone it hits flying. The whale is removed from the stage by your character grabbing it and putting it in their pocket.
Final Smash Idea 3: Your character motions to the side of the screen and a swarm of insects arrives attacking all enemy players.
