Desert Dreams
Don't expect any spectacular wiring, it's 1:20 am, and I'm just trying to get this down somewhere before I forget it.

This is an especially amazing dream, because it's one of the first that I've remembered in a desert setting. A few things, like familiar relationships (sister/father/brotehr, ect.) were made up because I simply can't remember.

Desert Dreams

Standing by my post, I looked down the long desolate rode. The rode was simple, it was the compression in the sand from the hundreds of settlers, like myself here. I sighed, and began to pace back and forth, thinking the words I dare not speak. Nothing ever comes down this road anymore. Why bother setting up a watch? Even my partner thought his duty as a citizen silly. He left about 30 minuets ago to "catch a date". I'm not mad, but I do miss the company.

I stay because as boring as the job is, it is my duty. And it's much easier then hauling water into our village from the river in those barrels. It has been a scant two years since we escaped from the old city. Though to be honest I think they now regret their tyrannical ways, even if only that they no longer have people to wring dry of life and money for their magic and selfish ways.

I see something kicking up the sand in the distance, I lean forward and squint my eyes to try and see if it is more then a mere mini-sand storm, when suddenly the sand bursts before me into the sky, knocking me down. I scream, and make for the large bell to warn the city, when the over-sized "man" that caused the burst stood between me and the bell, a rebellious snarl on his pale blue face, daring me to come near him.

I stared at him for a moment, wild light blue eyes deliberating. I could try to get to the bell and most possibly be captured by the old city sentry, or I could run and try to warn the city that way. The creature was most dangerous when in close proximity. Luckily it was an older one, so I had a chance. I chose to run. I ran faster then I ever thought I could as the "man" trailed behind me, he kicked up another miniature sand-storm in his wake. I went even faster then, because that meant that there was more then one here!

As I ran, my rather skimpy outfit, acceptable in this arid land, was giving me a wedgie. I ignored it, given the situation, running was more important. I tripped over the sand a few times, but got up quickly. It was a miracle I was outrunning him as it was!

As I enclosed on the village, I saw our dusty guardians goofing off, entertaining the younger settlers by transforming to and from their humanoid shames to their vehicular forms. They won't be bored for much longer! Just before I came within earshot, the creature grabbed for my scarf. Though I shook him loose, I became unbalanced and tripped over my own feet, tumbling down the sandy dune.

I screamed the warning, hoping I was within earshot, and got a mouthful of sand, in my already dry mouth. I coughed and sputtered, wincing as I felt the "man's" cold aura contrast with the hot desert, I gritted my teeth, pulled up my scarf and launched myself on another tumbling tangent, the quickest option to escape.

When my tumble slowed, I stumbled to my feet, shaking as much of the sand off as I could in the same movement. I ran into the village my throat too dry to speak, and turned a sharp corner into the village. My father was there, and I ran into his arms, safe, as our great guardians saw the intruders and began to defend us.

After the whole fiasco, we captured the creature. I was now the guardian of his prison, along with two others and one of our guardians. I grimace as I sit by his prison, for this creature, now we know he was a politician turned into one of the government's experiments. He was only one of hundreds blamed for our escape... and he seems to have taken a liking to me.

The woman in the mirror, I still do not know her purpose here. Maybe one day the elders will tell me, looks jealously at the other guard here. A young man who is dancing with my cousin. It's amusing, every time he turns around she shows her emotions, but when he faces her, she schools her expression.

One day while 13 year old Minako Aino was in Gym class, she fell on a white cat named Artemis..
Helping her to activate her powers she was transformed into a Champion of justice by the codename of Sailor V!
When Ace died he told Minako the story of his past life, about the Dark Kingdom and the Moon Kingdom. He also told Minako that she would never find love.
This inspired Minako to search out companions from her past life, leading her to the rest of Sailor Senshi.
