The silent speaker
She speaks without words
And it's painful to hear.
The sound of silence,
From ear to ear.She is mute
Yet i hear her song.The song of sorrow
I always sing along.She screams the verse
but her mouth doesn't move.It's her eyes that sing
this sad, sad tune.She cried with each word
That danced in her eyes.The sound of her scream
pierced my ears with glass.As the song neared the end
I knew what was to come of
the silent speaker.
She would end as she had begun,
silent and pained.There are many like the silent speaker
but you don't hear their song.It's because you weren't listening.
They didn't speak because they thought you listened.
Now the silent speaker is silenced for good.
Only a note remains,
