Background Information
She lived a normal life in Jangurugakure until the age of 9. In that year, a traumitizing event happened to her, fusing her spirit with that of a raging vampire's. Even though they are two differant beings, they reside in the same body, making their spirits even closer. She was trained seperatly from her studies to handle this ordeal by her older brother, and in the process, became more and more ruthless on her missions. Quickly rising to the top of her class, she excelled quickly in the shinobi world, moving to Suna at the age of 11. At age 21 *after time skip* Yorudan herself, has matured into a more suited Kage. Her body has been built for longer and stronger combat, as well as giving her a more 'womanly' structure. She has even taken the time to learn a few medical jutsu along the side. Over the years, she has become a carrier of a Biju. The six tails Raijuu. Although she has learn to control differant elements, including lightning from the demon, she still consists her jutsus of mainly fire and wind techniques. Her level in strength overall has increased dramaticly and her social rank as Kazekage has increased with the villagers and ninja as well. Her ranking as a ninja has gone up considerably, and after constant peckering, she had decided to tale on Rei as an apprantice or rather, to call her by the title 'Kohai'.

One day, a group of roaming ninja attack the family. Suprisingly, the family had enough skill to fend off the ninja. Their movements were to slow for even the children of the family. This special ability became inherited by the offspring of the family. The trait was recognized by a differant group of roaming ninja, who took the family back to their small village to train them. After years of training, and a small village full of over 900, small groups of families began to leave the village, fearing overpopulation, and spread out among the lands. The bloodline trait was name Ken'you. It was once an extreamly powerful trait when its true powers were discovered, but since then, it has been marked as classified and secret information because of the numerous deaths due to ninjas overworking themselfs trying to unlock the true power of it. Members of the clan have been spotted around the lands, and the bloodlines power has been diluted. The power that was already nearly unacheivable has been presumably lost. Few people outside of the clan members know of its true power.

-1- Ken'You is the known as either the physical acceleration of the body or the mental deceleration of the opponents movements. It is thought to be the second because of the shifting of the eyes color.
-2- Ken'You has also been known, on rare occasions to even without realization, copy the battle patterns of past opponents.
-3-Ken'you, whether it be because of the phyisical acceleration or the mental stress, can cause, under some circumstances, exaustion of dangerous and fatal levels.
-4- At stage 3, a new ability was discovered. A special negation move that slows down the use of chakra in the opponent.
-5- It was said that there was one member of the clan who reached a level that has been unacheived by anyone else. To the point where he could slow down more than their opponents moves, but could read their very jutsu itself. People have said he had succesfully copied another bloodline trait, which is though to be untrue by most, but highly believed by others due to the fact that the last time he was seen, he had his Ken'You in one eye, and Byakugan in the other. The person was thought to have stolen the eye from an acual member of the clan, thus making to thought that they had acually copied another bloodline trait, highly supported. It was marked as classified so no further study could be carried out.

Levels of Ken'You
1-2
The user is physically able to slow down the targets movement therefore accelerating their own. This move can effect all manner of weaponry as well as people and jutsus in the second level, but nothing affiliated with chakra.

Same as the first but with a new ability. They are able to sense the chakra flow if it is ejected in any way, like if some puts their chakra into a weapon or uses a jutsu that is meant to be used secretly to sneak up on their opponent. This level also seeks out and slows the jutsu speed and for weapons or hand-to-hand enchancement, decelerates the movement of that object, by covering the battle field in a negativly colored boundry or dome.

All previous abilities are enchanced. The dome previously mentioned canbe extended by several times, and the amount of time before the ability takes its toll and becomes lethal is extended as well. In this level, the eye makes a point to start recording battle patterns and taijutsu attacks that can be used in future battles.
