Marissa walked down the hall and went to her locker. She stopped and started turning the lock. The locker opened and she starred at the inside. There was a little post it inside that read :
"I guess I'm not good enough." Marissa picked it up and crumbled it up letting it fall to the ground.
She slammed her locker. She didn't care who wrote the note. She walked back in the class and sat near the back next to a girl named Amber. The bell rang and Marissa got up, left class, and started walking down the hallway when Mark grabbed her hand.
"Wait." Mark said.
"What?" Marissa asked with sarcasm thick in her voice.
"I'm sorry. I just don't like how that kid looks at you. When you walk in the room he smiles like your the sun. He likes you and its obvious." He said looking down.
"But I don't like him. I love you." She said.
She slipped her hand out of his and started walking for the door. She bumped into Kyle.
"Marissa!" Kyle said.
"What Kyle!" Marissa yelled.
"I'm sorry." He said sheepishly.
"I know." She answered. He hugged her tightly.
"Your crushing me." She breathed out.
He let go and Marissa started walking home. She opened the door and seen something she would never wish on anyone.
