FCAT, College, and Daybreakers? Oh my!
Three topics, and a Wizard of Oz joke? Where do I begin?!
First off, today we had an assembly during 3rd period class about our science FCAT scores. Not all the junior class was called down, just certain people on a list who will now be called up to the media center for an hour of science FCAT prep during elective classes. (for me, that could mean Debate, Psychology, or ASL 2 ) They made it confusing on whither or not you were called down there because you were good or OK, but could be better, if they want to make sure you stay super good, or you suck (they phrased it so many ways and so differently, we were all confused.)
Now for the second topic: College. I'm a junior, but recently I've been mentally freaking about my future. Now why would this be? Random topics that popped up into my head:
-SAT/ACT (haven't taken either, except for a practice test, don't think I did very well)
-What do I want to do?
-What college do I wanna go to? (preferably a community college or whatever)
-Where will I live? (Florida, but where?)
Right now, it's hard enough dealing with trying to get my permit and making sure I get all my credits. Recently I've been trying to look up what jobs I'd be interested in, but it's all too much.
Now for one that doesn't annoy me! Daybreakers comes out tomorrow!!! Two buddies and I will be going to see it! Hopefully it won't be sold out... It'll be the 4th rated R movie I've seen in theaters (which I'll keep track of till I'm 17~! I'll talk about this later if I remember in a different journal)
And last, why the Wizard of Oz joke? Well, I just recently downloaded most of the songs off the Wicked soundtrack, since I'll be seeing the musical in March. It's so addicting >< And I only have 100 pages left of the book~ (it's such a odd book...)
