There's No Where to Go
I've realized I live in one of those towns where there is like NOTHING to do and no where to go. Yes, there's a mall, but there's no good stores =/ they just took out F.Y.E.! I don't clothes shopping often, and if I do, it's always at the other mall that's half an hour away. Now I don't even go to the mall that's 10 minutes from here!
Mainly kids here hang out at the movie theater, but how fun is that after a while? "Hey, let's go see a movie this weekend!" "OK!" "Hey, let's go to the movie place and just hang out in the general area!" "And do what?" "Nothing we couldn't do at home?" "Um... ok?" I only go to the movies... if I'm seeing a movie while I'm there. And I go there like once a month.
There's also a bowling alley... but no one ever wants to go there. I can't bowl but it's at least a change of pace! Everyone is like "noooooo".
So what's the point of this rant? I realized both these things cause I got bored and was writing random crap down:
1. There's nothing interesting to do here
2. Even if there was, we probably wouldn't do anything interesting.
Mainly thought of this cause of my plans this weekend: going to Books-a-Million on Saturday, then Barnes & Nobel on Sunday. O.O wow.
