So...there was a serial killer at my little brother's elementary school. And they had to do a lock down.
The principle feared that the killer may try and take the children hostage so he issued that NO ONE is allowed to go out even to the bathroom. And those left out already CAN NOT go back in.
What ever happened to the "No Child left behind"?
When there's a serial killer it doesn't matter I guess :/
