Background: His father was a Dragon Breeder and his mother was a Wizard. Viktor was taught how to raise and care for dragons by his father, while his mother taught him all the magic she thought was best for him to learn and blessed him with a Resistance to Heat and Fire. She only taught Viktor magic to heal him self with, she never taught him magic to attack with. One day when Viktor was 16, he stumbled upon a Book of Elemental Magic in his mother's Library. Being a curious Teenager he smuggled the book to his room. He read through the book countless times. Out of all the elements in the book, he grew increasingly fond of the Fire Elemental Magic. One day he went out to the woods behind his house and started practicing the fire spells. He started to cast little fire bolts into a fire he made out of rocks. He got bored of that and tried to make a Fire elemental. It got out of control and started catching the trees on fire. Viktor was panicking and started looking for a way to get rid of the elemental. After about 5 minutes of catching things on fire the elemental vanished because Viktor hadn't finished the spell. Viktor put out the fires started by the elemental and ran home. He hid the book under his bed and went to go eat with his parent. His parents talked to him that night and asked if he had taken a book out of his mother's library. His mother didn't believe him when he said no and dragged him to his room. Viktor parents tore his room apart looking for the book, and they found it. The next day Viktor was kicked out of the house and on his own. Ever since that day happened he has been out walking the world, looking for someone who can teach him how to control the elemental magic he uses. Viktor is rarely seen without his traveling companion Guar, who is a Silver Dragon who had chosen Viktor to be her master. Viktor doesn't mind it. It has many advantages of traveling with a dragon.

Personality: Viktor is usually a person of hope. He doesn't usually carry a grudge against anyone unless they have done something to physically harm or ruin his reputation. Viktor is always optimistic about new things and will try new things if they don't seem dangerous. However Viktor has a bit of a smart mouth on him. He will jokingly say something, but it would be at the wrong time. He will usually apologize for it, for he can't keep himself feeling like he's guilty for hurting someone's feelings.

Present: Viktor Currently is looking for someone to teach him to control his magic. He thought he had a handle on it till one day in a small village outside of aekea, there was an argument between two farmers over a flock of sheep. The argument was about to turn ugly and Viktor thought it was best to get involved before blood was shed. Each of the farmers gave their side of the story and Viktor had come up with a ruling that was good for both sides of the argument. He basically told them to split the flock in two, however that ruling didn't go over too well with one farmer. He got angry with Viktor and attacked him. Viktor tried to launch a fire bolt at the farmer's feet but ended up creating a lava pool under him. It killed the man and set fire to three houses there. Viktor was run out of the village, even though he still feels guilty for killing the farmer by accident.

Abilities: High level of healing and mending magic but has a low to mediocre level of Fire Elemental Magic. He is able to tell exactly what guar wants just by reading her body language and to what she points out with her snout. He can be understood by Guar because he constantly talks to her and she knows the English language.

Weapons: Carries a Black and Red staff that has a Lantern at the top of it. The lantern is always lit. If it ever goes out, Viktor just has Guar re-light it for him.
