I ran on the tredmile for 38:01 minutes, average speed 6 and 7 miles per hour, Incline 2%-0% , 3.92 miles, and burned 552 calories,YAY. I am on a diet right now, for those who do not know. To get that beach bod for the summer.... biggrin But I did not write in my journal yesterday so I will tell you for that. I ran for 20:12 minutes, at 6 miles per hour, 0% incline, 2.00 miles, and burned 300 calories. exclaim Man, whee I am a BEAST!! scream Also, comment below on what is your favorite kind of exercising???
