Journal of Kusugari
I have a long story I plan on continuing every day. I hope you enjoy my writing, and I hope you can point out places that need improvement.
A bright burst of light signaled the arrival of the only person who can cross over space and time without any harm. Silence materiallized in an odd room, designed to ensure nothing will get mixed up in the transfer, and to prevent things getting in from the other end of the transfer. A large, easily seven foot tall creature encased entirely of metal strode forward. It looked like some fierce creature, but Silence made no defensive or offensive moves. In fact, he straightened like a good soldier.
The behemoth stopped in front of Silence and uttered in a deep, gutteral growl fitting the monster, "Report, Eklypse"
"Yes sir" replied Silence. He took into account almost everything that happened previous to this moment. Almost. He left Stacey out of it completly. There was a flash in the behemoth's eerie eyes, and it said "I do not need to intterogate you to get every bit of info. I can torture you 1000 ways right now, I've already planned them out, and 941 of them hurt a lot. Now, do I need to probe your mind or will you tell me the rest? This time I won't leave your sanity recoverable."
Cursing himself, Eklypse went on about Stacey. It was odd talking about her, describing her, as feelings seemingly alien to him rushed up. He saw her in his mind's eye, beutiful, joyous, happy...
Suddenly, for almost an instant, the image of another beutiful girl came up, which brought memories of other failures, of more people dead, of a man about the same size and build but oonly slightly larger, dead on the ground.
Despair was the last and longest-lasting emotion, like always.
"Wake up boy. I didn't spend the last 50 years working on a project the later you were tested on just so you can be killed from thining too much. I've had better years in my last 700-year long lifetime. Remember, it was not you who failed. It was those 'almighty gods' you and your people begged to. If they gave a anything about you, you wouldn't be the last one alive, would you?"
Anger and hatred built up in Eklypse. Yes, he had power now. He was going to destroy those who had it better than him, the gods who claimed to help them in their time of need, and all those bleesed by other gods in other places.
Those people had been in light too long. An eklypse is comming soon to darken their world...
