My History on Gaia and zOMG! Part 1 - Finding my way.
I first visited gaia in September of 2006. I made an account and found the site to be interesting, but nothing really got me hooked at that time. I spent about a month on the site and got preoccupied with life.
The account I created in 06, I have long forgotten the name and password of. The account you see today is actually my second account. I made this account in 2008, Not long before closed beta of zOMG! got under way.
After spending a month or two on Gaia I Took on the "Blue Wulf" Avatar, that I still use quite often. (The head piece anyway.) I kept the original concept of this avitar for some time, as you can see in my profile, most of my avi art was based on that original concept.
Not long after adapting my classic avi, I began to grow interested in the "Gaia Battle System" that people were talking about. So much so, that I decided to Join a "Clan" dedicated to the "GBS"
In those days, I had loads of free time, so I decided that I wanted to enter a clan with few members and hopefully help to build and lead it.
I searched through a few clans, but they were all either too full, or small and obviously going no where fast. That is until, I found my way to "The Bloodhounds" Recruitment. This little thread... I don't remember exactly, but I think it was 9 maybe 10 pages when I first found it, but something was different about this one.
Between just two people, there was already a plethora of beautiful banners and rules. Literate Posts abounded.
The two people who had put so much work into this underdog clan would become good friends and two of the most pivotal people in my experience on Gaia:
Talarian Steiner Davion and Xessos.
I was quickly accepted by the two and together, we began building something wonderful.
