You pronounce every syllable. Namae is Na(nah)-ma(mah)-e(eh).
The consonants are all pronounced basically the same except for the r which is pronounced more like a combination of l and r.
Also, on the su (as in deSU) you don't pronounce the u for some reason... so it is just an s really. so desu isn't de(deh)-su(soo) it's de(deh)-s
