In case you were wondering, and I think you were not, I sometimes use ~~ and other times I use **. What is the meaning of ~~? That means I mean it. ** Means I am having fun or joking and do not mean to be mean.

Ex: ~Moons whomever~ means I want to moon you or did.

*Moons whomever* means that I jokingly mooned you, even though I didn't actually do so, nor do I want to.

Rarely will you see, if ever, me use ~* or *~.

Now that I got the explanation out of the way, I can be on my merry way without confusing. Maybe I should post this in my journal.
