somehow i knew you were the one
i feel like shutting down
hold the crown of all my days
worship in my coloured cage
eat the words of what we do
and then i'll say that i love you

i love you oh i love you
please don't leave me
you are everything to me
i can't believe you'd take the best of me
i am free....

somehow i knew it was today
just open my eyes and it seems okay
releasing my lungs so i'm able to breathe
not sure if there's a god in which i should believe

i don't care, i'm aware of circumstances
shiny hearts and happy dances
take me home take me away
i can't take my eyes off of you...
