Warning! My version of okonomiyaki is very, very unauthentic, with no nagaimo whatsoever, mainly because I'm not too sure of which type of yam it actually is, and we rarely even cook yam, buying it just for some grated 120 grams seems like a waste.
I could try to sub with grated potatoes... when I've time, and also potatoes. Or those packaged ones when I can find them. I also found okonomiyaki sauce at a Daiso outlet, for only 5 dollars! Must get a bottle when I finish up the tonkatsu sauce.
