My Journal
Hmm.. I remember when i was younger, there was this girl who annoyed the heck outta me. She critized everyone and saw herself as a queen. Now im not saying that loving yourself is WRONG but if it gets out of hand then i suppose it is then. Anyway, one day she had been teasing and laughing at my friend Bethany. As i recall it was one of the few times i had ever stepped up (back then) and told someone off. As i remember i said:
"Ive had enough of your nonsense and overdoeses of pride. Bethy is a beautiful girl, she doesnt have to be "perfect" like you are. All i can say right now is you too Rebecca, look beautiful. But as many times before, and right now, youre showing your ugly side with such mean comments and out loud rude judgement."

Why yes i still remember my exact words. Bethany had been my closest friend at school at the time and Rebecca had been the over fabulous although rude and crude glamour along with her posse (4th grade had been sighful). About enough said, I from before and I from now still agree with my spoken words. Wouldnt you?

See, lately ive been seeing more of these situations however no one has said anything to the "ruder" about it (also i have read a book that had allowed me to think like this again...aloud anyways). I believe everyone has that inner beauty inside them through their personality, but much of modern day teenagers and children (even adults) cannot show it because of either teachings of television, internet, society itself, or some other superficial thing like that. It may seem stupid or corny but do you remember that saying they tell us at school? The golden rule? Treat others how you would want to be treated. I see many scoff at that rule and ignore it. Especially the "cool" kids at school. Now, i know that i'd get some sort of explanation like "its highschool, what do you expect?" Well, what i expect or at least hope for is for society to change, at least a little. A few more kids letting go of their rudeness and disrespect.

I like to believe everyone is wonderful. I just gotta love all individual people. Isnt it weird when you see someone who hardly smiles...smile? You can see the radiance from their face brighten them up. Its amazing. Or when people in general are happy. Sometimes just these smiles can make me feel better when im having a bad day. Like when i see a happy classroom working on a project, the room to me seems so bubbly and sparking, its so nice. You ever get the feeling you can read people? I dont mean like a...psychic or something (or maybe You do? haha) but more like....did you catch a glimpse of sadness in their eyes? Were theyre eyes brightened and their face beaming with joy? Or did they have a slight worried expression? No one really knows EXACTLY what a person is feeling but you can get a hint from the little details they show. It would be a sad thing indeed to find someone insulting another whom had depressing thoughts to hide... Anyways, people react to love. I dont necessarily mean love like in a relationship or...something else (ahah) but more like, a simple act of kindness that shows acceptance. It pains me to see one left out, maybe its because of memories that put me in their place, or because the scene of it all just creates a gloomy and sorrowful atmosphere. I dont know, im not sure. But its always a good thing when i talk to someone of that issue. They have that smile everytime when i first talk to them, and i suppose it stays on them for a while. Its beautiful and gives me that sense of light. Everyone needs acceptence. And at least a chance for it. <3

And now i believe i am tired and feeling a need to debate with someone ._. hobby? biggrin

well ima be off

bai bai and love all :3
