So I got up this morning, went to Geometry Final 1st period. Only had 2 2-hour periods today, both for finals, and got released at 12:15. (It was raining!) It will be like this until Friday, which is Graduation for Seniors. (One of which, I'm not.) We already did Finals for Geometry last Thursday, so I just fixed a few problems, then read for the rest of the period. At the end, the person that got me my job at Petfood Express came in and gave me my FIRST PAYCHECK! WOOT! I got paid 8 bucks per hour, which was minimum wage, and worked 6 hours stocking shelves. (I eventually put the paystub and one of the dollars in an envelope and put that envelope in my special drawer. First dollar earned outside of catsitting, and my first paystub!) Next period was cooking. For our final, we were last in ALL of the demos. NOBODY else did dessert foods, so we made chocolate pudding. It turned out ok, but everyone had to eat it hot. They didn't like it, I don't think. When we were released, it took like 15 minutes for them to open the gate, and I was standing beneath an awning to stay out of the rain. Eventually I said, "******** this. and went around to find another way out. Found it, went home. Had lunch, went and got the check cashed at the bank. Bought some stretchy string, gold chain, and pocket watch face (I feel I need one. I hate wristwatches and since I can't bring my phone to school because my parents will b***h about it to no end if I do, that and I can't always see the clock on the wall, and sometimes it's broken.) at Michael's. Went home, got beading stuff out, re-threaded Agate Eyes necklace (It was one of my first attempts at beading. Because it was so lousy, the string began rotting. Luckily, I could re-use the fastener.) , made a new necklace out of beads my Mom got in Los Angeles a while back and some she got at a sale in Michael's.
On an off note, I finished Homestuck and the other stuff they have there on that site, and I have every soundtrack for the series but "Squiddles!". Anyone know where I can download the soundtrack without paying the fee for the stuff from bandcamp?
