Cassie: So there was something else... Oh! You wanted to flesh out Joss's accident and amnesia, it's affects on people, how he regains his memory....
Maria: Yes well, we know how it happens and all that. But I wanted to talk about how it would specifically affect Misha, and who would be there when he gets it back...
Cassie: Well we said that he begins to regain his memory as he's leaving the hospital. He'd get in the elevator, and the second the doors shut he'd launch into a full-fledged panic attack. Pulse racing, eyes dialating, sweating, shaking, that intense feeling of impending death, he'd probably throw himself back against the wall and sink to the ground... It'd be scary for whoever was there with him... Misha is a definite... maybe the triplets, too, and his parents and sister... the more people we can get in that elevator the better, because it'll add to his terror and thus do more to bring back his memory.
Maria: Misha would rush to his side, forgetting that he has no idea who she is, and would try to calm him down, the only thing she can think to do in this sort of situation.
Cassie: Leon would yank her back and be all "Stop crowding him! He's claustrophobic, that's the worst thing to do!"
Cassie: Becky would probably be all "Well then what DO we do, uncle Leon, we can't just leave him like this!!!"
Maria: Misha would be kicking and squirming to get away from Leon and get back to Joss. I can see Lydia stepping in, as worried and frantic as she is but able to better control herself. "Calm down, Misha. If you panic too it'll only make things worse." So Misha is taking deep breaths, held back between Leon and Lydia and crying but trying not to sob, scared to death and absolutely helpless watching the man she loves (her first realization that she loves him) suffer and she can't do anything.
Cassie: Shawn would be crouched down a few feet from Joss, but close enough that he can hear him, "Buddy? Joss, listen to our voices... Everything's fine, Joss, just breathe... -looks up- Uncle Leon, there has to be something we can do..."
Maria: Ian would be the mirror image of Shawn right next to him. "Can't we help him, Uncle Leon? You're a doctor! What do we do?"
Cassie: "Who has his meds? Lydia, did the doctor give them to you???"
Maria: Lydia would hand them over without saying a word
Cassie: "Boys, get back a little more..." He'd help his son take it, then probably take his hand until the med took hold. Once he was out of it Joss would be VERY tired, he'd probably be re-admitted to the hospital all over again. But once he was calmed down he'd look at his cousins, Shawn and Ian standing with this identical head-tilt, Becky hugging a crying Jacey, his parents huddled around him, then he'd see Misha. He'd blink at her, and then just be like "I forgot you... didn't I?"
Maria: That would hit her hard, and she'd start crying all over again. But just like tears, you know? Not sobbing or chocking or anything. Just a calm expression and tears falling down her cheeks and she'd try to wipe them away and remain as calm as possible in the situation. "You forgot a lot of people."
Cassie: "He's not doing this now," Leon would interrupt, "He's going back into the hospital. Sorry, Misha, but he needs to rest right now."
Maria: Lydia would wrap her arms around Misha's shoulders and Misha would just kinda nod helplessly like what else can she do?
Cassie: Poor Misha =(
Maria: I know right? =( So she'd stay there, with his parents. She wouldn't eat anything. Maybe sip a little water but she wouldn't be able to eat. she'd just kinda hang around Joss's room, either inside or just outside the door, ignoring all the nurses whispering about her and trying to avoid Leon (lol) so that he can't tell her to leave. When would she be able to actually talk to him again?
Cassie: They'd probably sedate Joss, since he just experienced a severe panic attack and he took a system suppressent which is going to interact with his brain injury, so they'd likely sedate him so they could run tests and observe him, to make sure nothing bad was happening. All in all it'd take a few hours, probably three at most, at which point they'd take the sedative out of his IV and allow his family and Misha in to see him. From there it'd take maybe 30 to 45 minutes for him to wake up.
Maria: And then when he wakes up everyone else will be there so it's not like they'd be able to talk at all...
Cassie: They'd all probably stay long enough to talk for a few minutes, but I think someone would eventually realize Misha NEEDS to talk to him, so they'd start to usher everyone out.
Cassie: Leon and Jacey would be the most reluctant to leave but Lydia'd convince them.
Maria: So they'd all go...get supper? lol Misha would go to the bed and sit on the very edge or like a chair next to it or something and reach for his hand but then let her hand rest on the bed instead...not sure if he is back to his old self or not. "Feeling any better?"
Cassie: Probably go get dinner in the hospital cafeteria. I know everyone makes fun of hospital food but it's not half bad when you've just been through something like that... it's a bit comforting really... Anyway lol.
Cassie: He'd look up at her and sigh deeply, still a bit fatigued. "I feel like I got hit by a truck, but yeah, it's better than a panic attack, haha."
Maria: no, hospital food really isn't that bad. ^_^ anyway, She'd give him a little smile. "Well...you pretty much did... Do you...do you remember?"
Cassie: "Yeah, I remember. I can't believe I forgot about my claustrophobia... I mean, it was nice believing I didn't have it for a few days but... -sigh- I'm thankful I remembered in a hospital elevator with all of you guys with me. The last time I was alone without my meds I passed out and thought I was dying, haha..."
Maria: -all seriousness, trying not to remember how terrified she was- "How about we not do that again anytime ever...."
Cassie: -blinks and looks at her- "No promises, but I'll try..."
Maria: "Yeah...thanks..." -awkward silence- Misha would have no idea what to say next. she'd probably get restless and stand up, start walking away from the bed and (unless he grabs her to stop or something) would start pacing the room sorta...going from one place to the next slowly...
Cassie: Okay. So... Joss would remember things. But it'd be hazy. Only half-formed in his mind still. So he'd probably shift a little under the blankets and follow her with his eyes before speaking again. "Misha, um... Don't think I'm a total freak if I'm wrong here, but... Were we... I-I mean, did we... are we... Um... -awkward silence-"
Maria: "Haha!" would come out before she could stop herself and she'd wipe more tears from her eyes facing away from him. "Yeah...yeah we were..." she'd say while slowly turning to face him again.
Cassie: "Ah, okay. -looks away quickly-..... -looks back- Have we... had sex...?"
Maria: -smirk- "Ooohoho yeah. Have we ever...." then she'd kinda come back to reality. "Oh...sorry...that must have sounded really weird...ummm.... >.>"
Cassie: "-shakes head- No, no, no, um... Actually it explained some stuff... -looks up at the cieling awkwardly and mumbles- At least now I know those dreams I've been having ever since the accident are normal..."
Maria: -perks up and stares at him like a deer who just heard a noise- (xP lol) "Dreams?"
Cassie: -blushes a little- "Oh yeah. Dreams. Lots and lots of dreams. With lots and lots of... ahe..."
Maria: -sits at the foot of the bed with her arms resting on the edge and her chin on her arms- "Do tell..."
Cassie: "Hahahaha, no. I only just remembered that we're in love, give me a bit before we jump back into bed... -realizes what he said and looks at her with wide eyes- Oh God... Wait... I-I-I didn't mean "love", I... Well... Wait, ARE we in love?"
Maria: "umm....I don't know...." -gives him kind of a sad uncertain look- "we never really...well I mean...you never said it...and I never said it...and we never really talked about it...so...I don't know..."
Cassie: "-nods slowly- .... Well if a panic attack could remind me of my greatest fear, maybe a kiss would remind me of this.... -looks at her expectantly-"
Maria: "Um...y-you want me to kiss you? -suspicious look- You're not just trying to be fresh? You're serious about this?"
Cassie: "-blinks and gets a confused look on his face- ... Do I usually joke about kissing you?"
Maria: "-raised eyebrow- You usually always look for some kind of excuse to do something like that..."
Cassie: "-smiles a little- Well what do you think this is? ^_^ "
Maria: -rolls eyes and walks over to the side of the bed and presses her lips against his quickly- Like she's walking on eggshells here because she can't tell if he'd remembering her or just going based on what he's learned so far and she doesn't want to let herself believe that he remembers he and then it turns out he doesn't completely and her heart gets broken all over again, you know? She's trying to be cautious for both their sakes.
Cassie: -furrows brow, dead serious voice- "That's not how you usually kiss me."
Maria: -crosses her arms and gets all defensive and mumbles- "How would you know?"
Cassie: "-rolls eyes- Oh, dammit to hell, Misha... -reaches up, grabs her wrists, and jerks her down into a deep kiss-"
Maria: She'd kiss him back without even thinking about it. But once the kiss was broken she wouldn't say anything. Just kinda...wait for him to tell her whether or not this was all a game or if he's actually still fuzzy on details now....
Cassie: He'd just smile before nodding to himself a little lol "Oh yeah... Yeah, I love you..."
Maria: She'd smile, on the verge of crying again, and whisper "I love you too."
Cassie: "Can I kiss you again?"
Maria: "You don't have to ask." -kiss-
Cassie: I can see them totally making out until someone comes back... Like Jacey or one of the triplets, and they just start going like "Careful, you don't wanna stop his heart from sucking face like that..."

Maria: I do believe Joss is just about the sexiest man ALIVE!!! Which sucks since he isn't...you know...alive... BUT IF HE WAS I'D TOTALLY MARRY HIM like.....NOW!!!!!!!11
Cassie: As long as I get Micah!!! -huggles him-
Maria: lolol xD Sooo....when would Joss be released?
Cassie: Probably the next day. Kept for 24 hours observation, that sort of thing =)
Maria: And his parents are staying at his place, right? lol
Cassie: Mm... He's on a teacher's salary, there probably isn't room for his parents and sister... They probably got a hotel nearby.
Cassie: But I can see his sister staying with him.
Cassie: They're close as anything so Jacey would totally demand to stay with him.
Maria: ((Aaaaaah! ^/////^ Just THINKING about Joss and that picture of him without a shirt....it makes me...."happy" >.>;;;;; I need to like get in a bucket of ice....but I don't have one! oh dear. lol)) So maybe Misha goes with him to the house expecting to go home after but can't bare to leave once she's there so she ends up staying the night on his couch (deciding this after he's gone to bed) and Jacey wakes up in the middle of the night and finds Jenna there looking through pictures or something?
Maria: noe Jenna...Misha ****

Cassie: Jenna?
Maria: lol
Cassie: Oh lol
Cassie: I can see that =)
Maria: Oi ^_^ he's making my head not work!!! Bad Joss! Bad!
Maria: lol So what would little Jacey do? how does she feel about Misha and Joss together?
Cassie: She'd be 13 by that time so I can see her standing in the doorway watching Misha, and then just very bluntly being like "... Have you had sex??"
Maria: Misha would jump, surprised anyone was still awake, but then turn in her place sitting on the couch to look at her. "What do you mean, sweetie?"
Cassie: "With Joss. Have you had sex? You know, like.... -giggles a little and starts playing with her long blonde ponytail- sex!"
Maria: Misha would smile like...like remembering herself at that age lol "Yes...but I don't think that's any of your business, now is it?" (all said with this wide amused smile.)
Cassie: -jumps onto the couch next to Misha- "Oh come on!! You can tell me!! I already had the sex talk with mom and dad, but they just stuck to the mechanics. They didn't tell me anything about what it feels like and all! And I know it's, like, totally gross because he's my brother, but I wanna know!! Come on, Misha -pouty look- Pleeeasse?? Pretty pretty please????"

Cassie: ((And I gotta go to bed in 15 minutes lol))
Maria: ((I like it ^_^)) Misha would laugh but be unable to resist the temptation of corrupting a willing little disciple. She'd take Jacey under her arm and snuggle into the couch. "When you have sex, Jacey, you and the other person are like puzzle pieces. You fit together so perfectly in every sense of the word. Even your hearts fit together. And do you know what it's like when you try to take apart two perfect puzzle pieces after fitting them together? One of them always gets bent or scraped or marked. Sex is the same way. When you sleep with someone, you are giving them your soul, so to be ripped from that person, like if you break up for example, it's like tearing bits of your soul off. It hurts, and you never forget it! So it is very VERY important that you save sex for someone very EXTREMELY special! Someone you might spend the rest of your whole life with!!! You got that? Good. Because sweetie, once you feel it you'll never want to stop!!! And if you give it up for the wrong person you're going to get hurt in all sorts of ways you'd never imagine, and it really takes all the fun out of sex for a while once that happens. So be careful, sweetie, alright? As for how it feels well....imagine a sweet tingling feeling that starts right between your legs. It gets really warm but gives you chills. And then it goes up into your stomach, and then up higher to your chest. until it's covered your whole body. Everywhere he touches is like fire, and you can't get enough of the burning. and the whole world just stops spinning and nothing exists but you and your partner! and...-realizes this is waaaaaay to deep for 13- and you have to figure the rest out for yourself, once you find that special someone..." Misha is such a terrible influence on children! I swear! lol ((awww! why bed?))
Cassie: ((Because it's almost 3am where I am? xD)) Jacey would be listening with rapt attention and her eyes would be wide and her mouth hanging open and she'd have this "OMG... OMG!!... O. M. G!!!!!" expression on her face, then when Misha finished she'd just go "You're the BEST Misha!!- hugs her tight- I've never heard it described like that before! I mean the movies make it all seem so perfect and you KNOW the romance novels just over-dramatize everything, but then in Health class all they talk about is how much it hurts the first time and... Thanks, Misha! -hugs her again before leaning back on the couch and picking up a photo album- "Why ya lookin' at these?"
Maria: Misha would laugh and shake her head at the girl, then turn her attention to the pictures when she does. "Just remembering...thinking about now....thinking about the future..."
Maria: ((Oh...right... lol ^_^;; ))
Cassie: ((lol)) She'd flip through one of the albums a little, tilting her head. "You know when mom and dad first heard that you and Joss were having this thing, they thought it was totally weird. I mean, you guys were raised like cousins, you know? I just thought it was totally romantic though! That whole forbiden love thing, right? Did you always have a thing for him?" lol I can see Jacey as being this very sweet, very open young girl, but at the same time she's SUPER hyper like ALL the time xD
Maria: lol Yay! xP Like Bridget! Cali-version haha Misha would shake her head and half whisper "Honestly? I always thought your brother was a boring stick in the mud." she'd laugh at herself and sit back. "He was always the very reasonable one, telling everyone what they were doing wrong and how much trouble they'd get it if they were caught. And when he became a teacher, oh heaven's I thought "How much more boring can the guy get?" But when I moved here and we started actually spending time with each other...I got to know him more as a person instead of just, you know, a distant relative I'd see maybe once every three years. And things just kinda...went from there. It was a total accident, you know. For the longest time I thought Joss was gay!"
Cassie: -wide eyes and a loud exclamation- "No way, me TOO!!!!!"
Maria: ((-dies of laughter-)) "Ssssshhhhhhh!!!!! You'll wake him up!!!!!!!"
Cassie: ((It just came to me, it was too easy xDDD)) -covers mouth with both hands and looks over her shoulder- "Sorry!! Sorry... -giggles- So do you love him? What's Aime think of you guys being together? You guys are like super close right?"
Cassie: ((Gotta go to bed. Finish this tomorrow? lol))
Maria: ((Okay, tomorrow <333 I don't have work so YAY! lol Goodnight. ^_^)) "Aime thinks he'll be a good influence on me. Ha! If only she knew...." -chuckles to herself, then picks up a picture of Joss from the pile of pictures- "Yes...I do love him. Very much."
Jacey's look over at the picture Misha's holding, all innocent the way she is (despite her recent.... education lol) and just kinda blink at it and go "You know, I think he's always had a crush on you... Yeah, look at this other picture here. You guys must have all been in high school or something. You and Brina are on your hands and knees acting like reindeer (let's say it's a Christmas thing lol) and he's just staring at you like you're nuts. But he's not staring at Brina. He's staring at you specifically. -points to Joss in the picture- I think he always kinda admired you a little..." 11:09 AM
Maria: Misha would lean in to look at the picture, kinda knockin heads lightly with Jacey in a playful "yeah, whatever" kinda way. "Or he just thought I was the one who needed the most professional help. hahaha." 11:11 AM
Cassie: Jacey'd kinda giggle, a little, but then this thought would cross her mind and her eyes would go dark. Without looking up she'd go "Misha? Um... When you love someone... like really love them, the way you and Joss are... Does that mean you're supposed to love them more than anyone else? More than... more than your family?" 11:16 AM
Maria: Misha would think about it for a minute...then nodded. "Yeah...it does...When you love someone and you want to marry that person, they become the single most important person in your entire life, the one you love the most. But that doesn't mean you love your family any less. Just that somehow...by some miracle...your heart grows just enough to add in a little extra for that specific person..." She'd pet Jacey's hair, understanding why the girl is asking this. "Don't worry, sweetie. Joss will never love you any less than he always has. You'll always have a special place in his heart that no other woman could ever replace, not now or ever." 11:20 AM
Cassie: Jacey'd smile, then lean into Misha a little, like snuggling into her. "I'm glad you're here, Misha," she'd say, "I like it when everyone's together. I even heard Brina was going to come over tomorrow to see Joss!" (I had the thought that Joss's accident would be an opportunity for Brina to make an appearance again. He is her cousin after all) 11:22 AM
Maria: (Yeah, that works.) "Yeah," she'd kinda whisper but in more of a sad way, pulling Jacey into her arms. "I'm glad I'm here too..." but there's like this impending doom about the way she says it. lol Like...now she knows Joss loves her, and she knows that she loves him, but that scares her more than anything else before ever did. The fact that she's fallen this deeply in love again and now she knows she can never forget the way she feels for Joss right now and she feels like she's drowning, unsure of where to go from here. Because she doesn't want to get hurt again, but she feels like no matter what she does getting hurt again is inevitable and she's terrified and she can't even talk to Joss about it because his whole family is swarming him. lol
