Meh. 3.5/5 at best.
Not one of my favorites. May have been 'cause my hopes were so high with Luna coming back, but whatev'.
Luna just seemed spread out, not at all like at the end of Nightmare Moon, which really bugged me. Rainbow Dash didn't seem like a main character in this, more like a reoccurring slapstick gag, which REALLY bugged me. It WAS one of Pinkie's funnier episodes, though. I personally liked "I'm not a genius, I'm a chicken. BUC-KAWK!"
However, comedy does not make an episode.
