The guide to vending:
Terms:
Vending - Buy low, sell high
; (s) - Selling

AB - Auto Buy
LMP - Lowest Market Price/ Lowest Buy Now Price
AMP - Average Market Price/ Average Buy Price
Lowball - Offering really low/ really low price
MP - Marketplace
Rules/ Ways to not lose money:
1. ALWAYS check the graphs. If it continuously goes done, and is starting to go up, do NOT offer on it.
2. If it's a hard to sell, go major lowball on the item. (ex: Alternate Moira's Top ; You would offer 50-100k)
3. ALWAYS have a maketplace tab open, even if you know the prices, always keep it open.
4. When you offer, start off with 50k lower, or a price where you think you'll make profit.
5. Do not make offers where you're only making a 10-20k profit, because the 2% takes almost all of it.
6. If they want a high offer, just let it go.
7. Always go by the LMP. If it doesn't sell after a few days in the MP, lower the price by 5k, each day going by, lower it little by little if it doesn't sell. If it doesn't sell at all, re sell it in the exchange.
8. ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICE OF THE ITEM.
9. When the trade has started, ALWAYS check the price you put in for the item, and the price they put it if you're selling.
10. In the exchange, no one is your friend.
11. Do not post in the wrong thread, in the exchange, people get really butt hurt.
Selling:
1. If it's an inventory sale, people will be more interested if you have a picture. If there's EI's then provide what gen it is.
2. If it's a single item, don't let them major low ball you. Lowest you want to go is 10-60k under the LMP. *Remember, you're the seller, you don't want them to have a profit.
3. Always check the LMP before you sell it, if it's low, then sell it later when it gets inflated.
Guidelines:

If you're making a thread to buy with xxx amount. Put it in the Wanted section.
If you're selling equip stuff. Put it in the main exchange.
If you're having an inventory sale. Put it in the main exchange.
If you're selling game & zOMG stuff. Put it in the game item exchange.
Do not post more than 1 active thread in the same 24-hour time period. You can get reported for it. They will all be moved to the recycle bin.
If selling is not the main point of your thread, you can get reported.
The thread title has to make sense and relate to what you're selling/buying.
