Bio:Born in Berlin, Jesse was on off child. I stead of play with toys he often ripped them apart with his bear hands. Many believe he was just going threw a phase. Little did they know he wasn't fit in the head.
He moved to japan at the age of 10 and use to been called a freak for his love of tearing things apart. when he was 13 he committed his first murder, He smashed a poor boys face in for touching his milk. People thought therapy would help this twisted young boy, but there he committed his second murder. He was sent to the asylum.
Jesse escaped the asylum at the age of 19 running into the sewers. There he met a young boy by the name of Pestilence. There pestilence gave him the gift of Vampire DNA slicing. He Now has the speed and the sight of the vampires and feeds upon normal peoples life force to feed himself. He now is known as Famine of the horsemen and will help Toxic rule.
