I've found that, over the years, there are a few very specific items I always turn too for dressing my avatar.

Here are my go to's:
Super Star shoes, all 3
Complex Shirts, mostly just the black one
Checkered Skirts, all 3
Kilts, blue and green

Those are my store item go-to's.

Things like Elven Ears, Scar of Hero, etc. I consider part of my avatar...it's not a go-to, it just is, with those items.
