Bio: The Urashima child looked up at the sky from the ground. Grass that was gently blowing in the wind, caressed her body. Through her yellow jumpsuit, the blonde could still feel the wildlife brush past her. Her chest rose and fell with each exhausted breath. Her hands were bleeding and bruised. Training all day from sunrise to sunset, the exhaustion sank in.
Already, the 7 year old trained as hard as her elder brothers and sisters. The days seemed to get shorter, the fiercer she attacked the large wooden poles. Sometimes her eldest sister would come to supervise her, and sometimes her eldest brother.
The Urashima clan was known for their legendary bloodline limit, Jiigoku Saku: Kuro Hamon. Using it during the Chuunin exams of their time, Mitsune's grandparents were acknowledged along with the rest of the clan. Being strong enough to use such a technique, her grandparents and clan members up to her 3rd eldest sister, were stuck up and rude. As if it were a miracle, the Urashima's gave birth to an unserious, cute, polite, and lively baby girl!
The girl let her family down at the age of 13 when she entered the Chuunin exam and didn't make it. Her elders were able to do it, but not her. She should've been stuck up too. So now she continues to train, wearing that outfit of hers, and her hair tied up.

Her ultimate techinque which basically involves pure TaiJutsu [Hand-to-Hand Combat].First, the Urashima user would have to focus only a bit of chakra into the attacking limbs. Second, the nin would get into the Urashima stance, left/right[it doesn't matter] leg on the ground, the other leg backwards and bent so that the heel would point to the roof, their back would be arched, arms gently curving like the leg[I'll draw the picture later]. While holding this pose, the Urashima would call out the tenchique
