Vincent threw his head back and screamed, his fingers moving in a blur over the strings of his electric guitar. The crowd went wild, throwing up their signs and screams with more than several women lifting up their shirts to flash the band members they so loved. Vincent staggered over to the edge of the stage and bowed over it, sweat dripping out of his hair and over the crowd, hands reaching up to touch him.
The bass guitarist, Chad, glanced over at Vincent as he hung precariously over the edge, strumming his own strings on the instrument he held. They were at the end of their last song, the guitars the only solo. But the cheers were only louder, never quieter. Soon after this, they would leave the stage and go back to the trailer, pack up, be on their way home...
Vincent struck the final chord, raising his arm straight into the air. The audience went wild, throwing items on stage and jumping around madly. Chad smiled, pocketing his pic and walking up to the edge as well so his people could see him better. He wiped the sweat from his brow and looked over at Vincent, who now had his hands on his guitar again. Chad walked over to him and put his hand on his chin, leaning close to him and kissing his neck. His skin tasted salty with sweat, but still nice on his own lips. It was nothing new for their spectators, but whistles were prominant in the cacaphony before them.
Vincent smiled and looked at him, his black beauties shining through his stringy strands of hair. He didn't speak; they wouldn't be able to hear each other anyway. Their lips met briefly, Chad tasting Vincent's hoarse breath. It made his ears buzz pleasantly, his heart race more than it was already. It was a kiss that promised something better later.
