Jonathan and I had a minor argument today. Nothing big, I just gave him my opinion on something, and it got a bit ugly. Let me explain.


We go to Wal-Mart for a little while to kill sometime because we're bored. Normally it's no big deal, but today I just couldn't take it. He's big into Transformers, but I think it's ridiculous. I understand he has his hobbies, but it's just horrible. It wouldn't be so bad if he collected them and kept them in good condition, but he doesn't. He opens them, plays with them for 20 minutes, and then tosses them in a big plastic storage container with almost 100 other toys he never plays with. We ended up just sitting there for a while, silent. Eventually we cleared things up and moved on with it. He listened to what I had to say, and took it to heart. He told me he'd try not to buy them as often.


Later on we went back to my house and sat down by the dock. Something had been on my mind all day, so I needed to ask him. But it was so difficult for me to ask it. It was one of those questions that you really didn't know if you wanted to know the answer to. I had asked him "Have you ever thought or felt that you would want to be with someone else, not me?" I was so scared to ask....but he assured me that he never thought or felt like that and that he felt I was the only one for him. He told me over and over again that he loved me....and wanted nobody but me.
