There is no other way to describe what Rei is, besides a psychopath. She swings from indifferent to violent in behavior, and there is often little more than a short fuse between the two. Psychopaths are described as people without a conscience, amoral and deceitful, and lacking the ability to tell right from wrong. This is true in every way except toward her younger twin sister, Shouka. In fact, she seems like an entirely different person, behaving more like a small child than someone bent on destruction. She is always fighting to find a way to please her sister, and she will often have lapses where she begins to act like her old self, before she lost her mind.
The fact that she is easily bored does not go well with her tendency toward aggressiveness and recklessness. She will sooner act than think about what she is doing, often charging head-on into danger. What is worse is that she feels no guilt toward her poor treatment of others, and she shows no strong emotions. Socially maladjusted, she fails to conform to social norms and justifies what she does as the norm.
However, initial opinions of her are usually good. She seems like simply a very extroverted personality...until they get to know her. She resents authority and will usually only listen to her sister. This is from her fear that her sister will find her useless and leave her, taking what little sanity she had with her.

----------• Mystic Hero :: The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below.
----------• Senor :: Oracle - The character, through a special talent given at birth, can naturally sense chakra around them. The user can sense chakra around them up to a 5 yard radius without the use of a sensory technique. This radius is increased by 5 yards every time the user ranks up. Additionally, sensory techniques do not take up ninjutsu technique slots.

-----I don't remember much about my past.
-----It's... hard to explain. Imagine walking through a house at night. You know where you are very well, but you can't help the feeling that something is there in the darkness with you. Like if you open your eyes there will be a monster waiting to deliver your soul. That's what I see whenever I look back, and it scares me. Every time I try, I turn around and run, crying for the parents I seem to no longer have.
-----So I gave up trying.
-----How does one explain insanity? I know perfectly well I'm messed up in the head, but that knowledge doesn't seem to make it to my external self. No matter how much I scream, I never seem to hear. I know the things I do are wrong, but I can't do anything about it.
-----Anyway, what little I do remember about my past is clear. I was born the older sister in a pair of twins, and we were raised on a plantation on the outskirts of the Fire Country, well cared for and all that. We were spoiled children, but we were happy. Our parents were kind and gentle to even the servants there. Along with that, my sister and I were inseparable. Sure, there were a few other kids who lived on our lands, but each other was all we really had.
-----Life went pretty flawlessly until we were ten. That was when we discovered that we had strange abilities. My sister could make crystal out of thin air. I, on the other hand, could make bones sprout from my body. I had always been a bit of a klutz, but I was adventurous, and it led to many a war wound. Yet, I had never broken a bone. It was then that I began to realize why. However, instinct, I think, told me that these powers weren't something to flaunt. In fact, I told my sister not to let anyone know.
-----Normally, she listened to me. This particular time, after our parents returned home, she gave our mother a crystal flower. After that, I... I... I remember anger, and pain... and...
-----The only memory I have after was arriving in a town called Konohagakure. We were covered in blood and other things I didn't want to question. And I had changed. My thoughts no longer reached me.
-----We were escorted into the village by the Hokage at the time personally. He took care of us and cared for us like his own children, though I never returned his sacrifices. He knew we were scarred. My sister and I agreed to become shinobi under him so that we would have a purpose again, and we have trained ever since then. To this day, I still don't know what happened, or why I can't remember apparently a year of my life. All I know is that I haven't seen my sister smile since.
