It feels like it's been forever since I've really gotten sucked into a book/series and just read like nothing else mattered (even though I know that's not true). I just read Cinder, Scarlet, and Cress in the span of 3 days, one book a day. It helps that they are probably the best teen books I've read in ages. I didn't hate any of the female protagonists, or their love interests, and there were no love triangles. The speculative part of the speculative fiction was also engrossing.
It is a little embarrassing that I almost missed a meeting because I was so engaged in reading that I didn't notice until it was three minutes til noon and my meeting was a two minute drive away...but I made it by throwing on some clothes and racing there. Phew.
