Ugh, I hate this.
I can't stand looking at avatars with a deviltail D: I want one really bad, but I don't know if I want to give up all my stuff for that.
On one side; this is just a website, for entertainment, and it's not like a huge disaster if I lose all my items for 1/4 of another.. And besides, I'm getting pretty tired of my outfits. I dunno what to wear anymore.
But on the other side, I'm proud of my items, and I think I'm going to miss them once I sold them... and what if I give up on my quest for a deviltail, and all the (donation) items I had became a lot more expensive..
And what if I start questing for a dtail and it inflates like whoa?
Decisions, decisions...

The best way for you to quest for it, if you intend to, and since you're skilled at drawing, is to either set up a mini-shop or to auction your art in the R&C auctions.
You'll make a lot more money with it than with your donation items. It will require some work though.
