Love is but a dream
Love is an illusion to me.
I look around and all i see is hate

Then i look into your eyes and i see something there
I blink for a second then it is gone
It was nothing but an illusion to me
Just like my life
Just like my friends

But no matter how hard i try to blink it away,
The blood on my wrist will not go away
My vision is going black,
then i look into the distance and i see you there
I see what little happiness i had just fade away,
and all the illusions and all that i cared about was fading away,
no matter how hard i tried i couldn't blink it away.

Then for once i realized this wasn't an illusion,
it wasn't a dream,
it was reality and i was fading away.
