Apperance: Short blond hair with a pony tail in the back (sorta like Anakin Skywalker's from Starwars Episode 2). Skinny, has a kind of psycho look. Wears tight blue denim pants, a white t-shirt, black sneakers, and sometimes wears a denim coat depending on the weather or how he feels. He always carries two short swords with him at all times.
Personality: Complete psycho.
Abilities: Unlike his younger brother Fell Fallen, he can only manipulate fire. Probably the most skilled at quick kills.
Description: Fell Fallen's older brother. He lost his mind when he was cast away by his mother and father. The only reson why he was cast away was because his younger brother Fell showed more power in all the elements than Hexon did. He lived in a society where the weak children are pushed out when a stronger sibling is born. He roamed the streets planning for a way to kill Fell Fallen in hopes of being liked by his parents once again, but every time his plans failed. His old parents would protect Fell from all harm untill he was grown enough to protect himself. Nowadays, Hexon just likes to make Fell suffer through life with him as an older brother. For example, he would kill Fell's friends, or create traps to try and kill him.
