Ok today was going great until this after noon when we opend up our box to get our code action replay out that we just got back from jesse....and what do i find, the game is scrathed, finger printed, and has a huge crack from the center to the edge of the disk rendering it useless.....now he won't pay for it.... it's abviuse he did it first of all her for some reason couldnt find the game for 2 months and finally gives it back the week he's going to graduate knowing i will never see him again.....second he tried to blame the finger prints on us.....he's had the game for 3 months! when the f**k did we tuch it! it's not like gary opend up the case durring school and rubbed the disk! 3rd he's trying to blam my bro again, he does this beacuse gary isent that smart and he knows he can get away with it....here is a yahoo im chat i had with him when i saw the game
