Ive had a good day, none the less I have fought myself on being sad many times today and sometimes it gets so old when I have to fight the urge to hurt myself, to want to get hurt to want to be somewhere else in another life, another place, another time.

I can certainly relate to the feelings of being sad. You should talk to a counselor about the want to hurt yourself. Since Mark passed away I know that I'd love to be with him again. The thing is...if I were to do something to myself...I would be hurting lots more people than just me! You have many people that love you!! Never forget that!! You're a big part of my life right now and I would feel terrible if anything were to happen to you!!

P. S. I miss Mark so very much but that I feel like there's a huge hole in my heart. However I know that he wants me to go on and live my life for him!
