My OC Nagi named Estella She's a priss, spoiled and conceited along with STUBBORN! Has beautiful curly red velvet hair usually pinned up. Almost always wearing some form of Jewelry usually gold hoop earings, gold armlet and gold or platinum bracelets and has a Brother named Kiban. For markings She has a flower petal pattern going up her tail and one part of the pattern leads into her skin. the petals give off a light glow. and Her inner scales have to be pale orange, For her Sibling is a fraternal Twin and they have Swapping colors.
