My mom woke me up a couple days ago and told me that Professor Oak had something to tell me. I searched around town to find him but couldn't until I heard a commotion; he was off fighting a <b>Pikachu</b>!
He brought me back to his lab and tried to give me a pokemon he had there, but that a*****e Raphiel stole it from me so I'm stuck with whatever he had left...
So I had to starte out with that <b>Pikachu</b> that Professor Oak caught me. It was a little unruly at first but its growing to like me and I like the traveling companion - somehow, walking long distances don't seem as hard when you're watching a mouse try to do it. After I ran a couple erronds for the Prof., he gave me this weird thing called a <b>PokeDex</b>. It records information about pokemont hat i've caught - rather useless but its what he wants me to do. Its my mission to go out in the world and catch examples of the 150 known Pokemon species.
Anyhow, I named my pikachu <b>Outlet</b>. I felt if he was going to follow me around for the duration of my mission I might as well name him something other then ''pikachu".
I spent all my money on PokeBalls and caught 11 new types. A <b>Pidgey</b> and a <b>Rattata</b> were my first, I started raising the Pidgey and gave up on the rattata (it doesn't really interest me to raise it - they're useless and a b***h to battle against). Outside of Viridian City I caught a <b>Spearow</b>, a <b>Mankey</b> and a pair of <b>Nidorans</b> (male and female). In the northern forest I caught a <b>Caterpie</b> and raised it up to its highest evolution, and then proceded to level the rest of the gang.
I challenged Brock's gym and won of course, no contest. Fighting types kick rock and ground type's asses. smile
So after defeating him I proceded east towards Mt. Moon. I fought a slew of trainers to get there, although my team could take them all rather easily; and at the end in the grass patch I caught a <b>Sandshrew</b>. I 'm entring this log at the enterence of Mt. Moon, I'm not sure if I'm ready enough to make it through. I think I'm going to raise my PokeMon up a couple levels before I do so... I'm kind of hoping my <b>Nidoran</b> male will evolve soon though, I heard he can evolve higher around the radiation of a certain stone... eek

I really need to restart my Yellow version; I never get tired of raising Pikachu! I'm bad and I restart Gold/Silver and then trade over eggs so that I don't have to raise yet another Cyndaquil/Chikorita/Totodile. *is thoroughly sick of those three*
