Their eyes are watching their army always marching
You can see nothing but their eyes hear nothing but their stride
This darkness only gets darker the fights only get harder
My sword cracks and dulls, my soul? well lord only knows
Another fight another night, what id give to see light
Once one night ends another night begins
This darkness will not ever end always ever darker than it began

I look to the sky and I begin to cry

We thought this is what you wanted, what you intended for us

As I kneel to the ground I look around
I see all the swords over graves
And I felt ashamed
Im sorry my brothers I will be home soon

Reflecting the son's light and praising all his might
As i walk towards the dark I grasp my sword and look upon my family's crest the flaming heart
Suddenly I see this is not the end, the lord been here since this fight began
We are to blame for forgetting our light
We choose to rely on our own might
And we lost our sights
With certainty I draw my sword
Awaken with light is my whole world
With fire burning crackling as it rips the void of darkness from my sword I charge at the hoard
With each step bringing me closer to an end
I say to my brothers I will see you soon but for now I must be like the moon
